Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Africhat users can request deletion of personal data associated with their account. Africhat is a WhatsApp business platform operated by Ticket Store, a Meta-verified Business Tech Provider. Ticket Store is a Wezatek company.

If you are an end customer of a business using Africhat, contact that business directly to request deletion of your data. Businesses are responsible for the customer data they collect and message through WhatsApp.

Account holders can request deletion by emailing support@wezatek.pro or business@wezatek.pro from the email address linked to the account, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +255 769 500 360.

Include your business name, registered email, and phone number so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

• We will confirm your request within 7 business days.
• Account access is disabled once deletion is approved.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize account data such as your profile, business details, team members, uploaded contacts, automations, and configuration settings, subject to legal and operational requirements.

• Account profile and login credentials
• Business and team configuration
• Uploaded contacts and audience lists
• Automation flows and template drafts stored in Africhat
• Billing records retained only where required by law

Some data may be retained for a limited period when required for fraud prevention, billing disputes, legal compliance, or WhatsApp policy enforcement. When retention is required, data is restricted and not used for marketing.

Message delivery logs may be retained for compliance purposes even after account deletion, in line with applicable law and Meta platform requirements.

Deleting your Africhat account does not automatically delete your WhatsApp Business Account with Meta. You may need to manage or disconnect your WhatsApp number separately in Meta Business Manager.

If you connected third-party integrations, revoke those connections in the respective services after your Africhat account is deleted.
