Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Africhat, a WhatsApp business platform provided by Ticket Store (Wezatek).

By creating an account or using Africhat, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Africhat complies with applicable laws in your country.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use Africhat only for lawful business communication. You must not use the platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content without proper customer opt-in.
• Violate WhatsApp Business Platform policies or Meta commerce and messaging rules.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or mislead customers.
• Transmit malware, illegal content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Resell or sublicense Africhat without our written permission.

Africhat is built on the official WhatsApp Business API. You are responsible for obtaining customer consent, using approved message templates where required, honoring opt-out requests, and following WhatsApp's commerce and messaging policies.

We may suspend or restrict messaging if we detect policy violations or activity that puts your number or our platform at risk.

Some Africhat features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before renewal. WhatsApp conversation charges may apply separately based on Meta's pricing.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

You retain ownership of the customer data you upload or collect through Africhat. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your customers, including consent where required.

We aim to keep Africhat reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Africhat, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Ticket Store and Wezatek or their licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform except the limited right to use the service.

Africhat is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages or specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Store and Wezatek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Africhat.

You may stop using Africhat at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or WhatsApp policies.

Upon termination, your right to access Africhat ends. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
